We take a full brisket, grind it up, make it into a burger patty, and season it with our homemade rub

Is your Mac N Cheese Vegetarian?

We use cream of chicken in our mac n' cheese recipe, so it is not totally vegetarian

My meat is a little pink in the middle, is it fully cooked?

We cook all of our burgers to a minimum of 160 degrees, which is well done. There is a smoke ring, since we use a smoker to cook the burger, making it appear a little pink in the middle
